• The Bar Threading Machine is designed to cut external threads on bars using tangential chasers. The chaser acts as the cutting tool while the bar remains stationary and the die head rotates. The machine can produce various thread types including BSW, NPT, UNF, UNC, Metric, ACME, and BSF threads.
• Equipped with a 40 mm spindle bore fitted with high-quality taper roller bearings for smooth and precise operation.
• All gears are hardened and tempered for durability and long service life. Oil seals are provided for reliable lubrication and protection.
• Heavy-duty construction with a 12-inch motor pulley, V-belt drive system, and robust vice fitted with jaws for secure clamping.
